What are your catering costs and payment details?
We offer two catering packages:Package 1: $50/adult • $25/child (under 13) • Choose 2 proteins per person.Package 2: $55/adult • $28/child (under 13) • Choose 3 proteins per person.A $ 450 minimum applies to all events. Travel fees may vary based on your location. Chef gratuity is NOT included (20% is recommended). Payment is due in cash on the day of your event.Have more questions? Contact us anytime! When does the chef arrive, and what should I prepare?
Our chef will arrive about 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Setup is quick and seamless, taking just a few minutes. We’ll bring our hibachi grill and all the necessary equipment. Do you provide tables, chairs, or other setup items?
We don’t provide tables, chairs, or other setup items. Our service includes a chef, grill, food, sake, and entertainment. You’ll need to arrange drinks, plates, utensils, chairs, and tables. Can you cook indoors and outdoors?
Absolutely! We can cook both indoors and outdoors—whether it’s in your backyard, at a park, by the beach, or poolside. Wherever you need us, we’ll bring the hibachi magic to you!
Are your dishes free from nuts and sesame?
Yes, our dishes are free from nuts and sesame. Please inform us of any other food allergies when booking to ensure a safe dining experience.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes! We cater to gluten-free customers and are happy to accommodate dietary preferences. Please bring your preferred gluten-free soy and teriyaki sauce for our chef to prepare your meal separately. Enjoy!
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
We offer tofu to accommodate vegetarian and vegan needs, with no change in the per-person price. We supplement these dishes with extra veggies, salad, and fried rice. Can I bring my own proteins for the chef to prepare?
